• Alan Code, Alan's own coding agent, is the built-in default provider — no CLI install or sign-in, and it works on machines without Node.
• Alan MCP is available to Command Code, Copilot, and Grok sessions.
• Session rows share one menu and hover card across chats.

• Alan Code no longer fails with "database is locked" at startup.
• Copilot, Cursor, and Antigravity sessions resume or fail visibly.
• Finished local runs recover their transcripts through sync failures.
• Mermaid diagrams, question cards, attachments, and the live step render correctly in chat.
