Short answers to common questions about Alan, and the mistakes that cost the most time.

Getting started

Leaving the outcome in chat. Ask for a plan or test report artifact so it stays on the task.
Making the first task too big. "Improve onboarding" is a project; "Document the local runtime setup" is a task.
Moving status on intent. Move a task to In Review when there is something to review, not when you plan to start.
Forgetting the execution target. If the composer says Choose an execution target before sending, pick a cloud environment or a computer first.
Mixing up IDs. Agents must use the teamId, taskId, and conversationId Alan gives them. See Links and IDs.
Publishing without checking. A published link is readable by anyone who has it.
