Before you report a bug

Note the execution target (cloud, or which machine), the status shown, the coding agent and model, the exact banner or error text, and the steps that lead to it. On a connected computer, Download diagnostics from its … menu in Settings → Account → General and attach the file. Report it from Bug reports in Settings.
